Rented bikes at Ride the Wind surf shop for our week at the beach. The bikes were great, easy to pedal, and we made lots of use of the front basket!! Easy to rent and easy to return. Definitely going there again next year.

Do you rent kid’s bikes?
We do not rent kid’s bikes. Our rental bikes are intended for adults and young adults (those who are 5 feet and taller). If you have a toddler that would like to ride with you, please consider renting a baby seat which holds children ages 1 – 5 (recommended height: 2’3″-3’5″, max weight: 40lbs).
Do I have to wear a helmet?
Helmets are available for free upon request (anyone 16 and younger is required to take a helmet).
Should I lock my bike?
To ensure that your bike is protected from theft when not in use, we recommend using the combination lock provided.
Which side of the road do I bike on?
Always bike with traffic, not against. Bikes should be ridden on the far right side of the road. This allows cars and other traffic to pass when safe. Do not bike in the middle of the road.
